Become an ednaker Become an ednaker

Why do schools and institutions engage ednak for online education initiatives? This is a reasonable question that we would expect any institution serious about their online learning endeavors to ask themselves and consider before engaging with ednak or any other professional firm.

Some have offered us the opposing perspective that it is not wise to ask this question so candidly and openly before a school engages ednak.  However, the more you get to know ednak, the more you will come to realize how fanatical we are about our services and our mission.  Our mission and our ultimate goal are quite simply to be a true partner with schools in achieving this  primary objectives:

Creating, developing, fine tuning, and delivering high-quality online educational solutions to its customers (be it students, employees or consumers).

Accomplishing the first objective in the most profitable way possible, thus minimizing excess expenses to achieve operational effectiveness and outcomes excellence.  Now that you know our mission, allow us to address the very important and legitimate question on why you would engage ednak to help you achieve the results you want.  We believe the following seven principles address this question:

This one is number one for a reason.  Our track record of success is built on many years of learning what works and quite frankly, what does not work.

The ednak group has a long and seasoned background of delivering high quality online learning initiatives.  With over 25 years of combined experience, the ednak group delivers precise solutions based on each institutions individual needs.  Whether you want to develop new programs, increase enrollments and admissions, create new avenues for revenue, operate more efficiently, retain students at a higher rate, or tap in to greater innovation, it makes sense to partner with a group that has executed on these concepts at many other educational institutions.

Let’s face it...not everybody likes change.  Even beyond the question of preference, sometimes change can bring well-intentioned, well-planned and meaningful projects, visions and people to a screeching halt.

The resistance to change is most often associated with a lack of understanding - of the big picture, of the smaller parts the collectively make up the big picture, of the roles each person is called upon to positive impact the change process, of the end stage and its meaning to the organization.

Through our extensive work in positive change management, we have learned that for people to get behind change and maximize its potential, each individual must understand how his or her contributions (daily, weekly, monthly) tangibly contribute to a better organization that will surface on the other side of change.

You are the only one who can honestly answer if you have the organizational culture that thrives in the change process.  We have discovered that when organizations engage ednak, it becomes an almost immediate catalyst to get the ball rolling in the right direction.

Sometimes an organization discovers it can save thousands of dollars by engaging ednak when there are needs for special short-term projects.  The organization finds itself recognizing the projects are important but for some reason they never seem to get done.  Rather than bringing on a full-time employee and adding to the regular payroll and benefits costs, it makes good economic sense to engage ednak in these short “one-off” projects.

At one time or another, most organizations need to administer “first aid” to get things rolling again.  Not everyone has the ability to conceive an idea and develop a game plan. The ednak group are experts in this field and specialize in coming up with not only ideas that will work, but ideas that will work for you.

We are often asked to research any number of different new possibilities, technologies and/or methodologies.  As a result, the ednak insights frequently lead to reliable suggestions an organization needs to stay competitive.  This has included marketing strategies (social media, SEO/SEM), call center operation effectiveness, outreach in diverse markets, online course development, training and development and more.

Objectivity is sometimes too easily lost with tenured staff.  The saying “you can’t see the forest for the trees” is all too common among organizations.  ednak helps organizations regain their strategic and competitive footing through a fresh and refreshed point of view.
